We partner with healthcare organizations, diagnostic laboratories, and physician practices to provide expert guidance in operations, compliance, quality management, accreditation readiness, and laboratory leadership.

Who We’re Seeking

We are actively building a pipeline of qualified professionals including:

  • Laboratory Managers & Supervisors

  • Medical Laboratory Scientists (MLS/MT)

  • Clinical Laboratory Technologists

  • Quality & Compliance Specialists

  • CLIA Compliance Consultants

  • Accreditation Readiness Experts (CAP, COLA, Joint Commission)

  • Interim Laboratory Directors

  • Technical Consultants

  • Subject Matter Experts in Molecular, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, and Toxicology

Engagement Types

Opportunities may include:

  • Short-term project consulting

  • Interim leadership placements

  • On-site or remote compliance audits

  • Accreditation preparation support

Assignments may be remote, hybrid, or on-site depending on client needs.

Independent Contractor Status

All positions within the TPW Laboratory Consultants network are 1099 independent contractor engagements, not W-2 employment roles.

Consultants operate as independent business professionals and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance coverage (including professional liability where applicable), and business expenses unless otherwise outlined in a specific client agreement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant laboratory or healthcare credentials (ASCP or equivalent preferred where applicable)

  • Active state licensure (if required)

  • Demonstrated leadership or technical expertise in your specialty

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and maintain client confidentiality
