Our standards
TPW Laboratory Consultants is committed to honest, responsible, and lawful business practices. We expect our team members, contractors, partners, and representatives to act with integrity, protect patients and candidates, and support reliable laboratory operations.
Quality and regulatory integrity
We promote accurate documentation, transparent communication, appropriate validation, competent personnel, and compliance with applicable laboratory requirements. We do not support falsification, concealment of material information, improper alteration of records, or conduct that compromises patient safety or test quality.
Fair recruiting
We support equal opportunity and respectful treatment throughout recruiting. Candidate information should be evaluated based on legitimate role requirements and handled confidentially. Discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and deceptive recruiting practices are inconsistent with our standards.
Conflicts and confidentiality
Actual or potential conflicts of interest should be disclosed promptly. Confidential client, laboratory, candidate, and business information must be protected and used only for authorized purposes.
Anti-bribery and responsible conduct
We do not tolerate bribery, kickbacks, fraud, improper payments, or retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Business decisions should be made objectively and in accordance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
